When all you have is 1 or 2 modules to mount, these Z-feet are an excellent option. They work with any solar module. Go Power! GP-MH-4-KB Z-Brackets Z brackets are easy-to-use brackets that can be used to firmly mount modules to any flat surface, while allowing air to flow underneath. They are made from anodized aluminum and are included in all solar and expansion kits. MODEL: GP-MH-4-KB This set includes four Z brackets and all required screws. How Do These Attach to solar panels? Most solar panels feature mounting holes on the lower flange of their frame. These are located in the prescribed mounting rail cantilever zone towards each end of the module (approx 30cm in from the end on 60-cell modules). Attach these Z-Brackets to the mounting holes using the included hardware with the bracket flaring outwards from the module frame. Lag, bolt, or screw through the Z-Bracket’s lower flange into your sub-structure. IMPORTANT SOLAR PANEL WARRANTY NOTE! Most major solar module manufacturers will VOID their warranty if you drill any additional holes into their module frames. Use what they provide. NOTE FOR WATERPROOF INSTALLATIONS: If your installation requires a waterproof seal (ie on rooftops that matter), we recommend using an appropriate EPDM rubber seal under these feet cut to fit the foot base.
