A gossan matrix hosting a dense covering of minty green cuprian austinites on which a dozen or so lustrous light amber calcites perched. The result is a dazzling sparkling display of light refraction. I would typically coat the matrix with a stabilizer (concrete hardener-works great) but have yet to do so.
