Description This is the QM-TLF10-M1 L-Foot by QuickMount. It’s a 10 degree fixed-tilt L-Foot that is handy for a variety of roof mount applications. Tilt-up residential arrays, bus and van conversions, and DIY low-slope roofs are among the typical applications for this L-Foot and it’s cousin the 5-degree L-Foot. If you are using stand-offs to add a small tilt to your roof-mount solar array, you will need to accommodate the resulting angle change of the mounting rails so you are able to sit the module flat on the rails and clamp properly. This L-Foot can help. On school bus and van roofs, there is often a curvature to the roof that results in standard L-Feet and L-Channel struts forming an incorrect angle with the solar rails which in turn makes it impossible to anchor your solar panels properly.
